Responsibilities

• Lead delivery for PTLS scope.
• Author and approve technical deliverables.
• Act as technical contact for teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with design offices.
• Provide technical guidance for site issues.
• Ensure adherence to QA processes.
• Manage team workload and technical activities.
• Support design gap resolution.
• Train junior team members.

Skills

Strong technical expertise in civil/structural design

Welding engineering knowledge

Engineering calculations

Design tools experience (TEKLA, NavisWorks, PDMS)

Knowledge of codes and standards (EUROCODE, RCC‑M)

Stakeholder engagement skills

Team leadership and management

Experience in multicultural, multidisciplinary environments
