Homes England is seeking a Technical Manager within the Contingent Assets & Liabilities (CAL) and Commercial Disposals team to provide high-quality technical advice and support major disposals of land assets nationwide.

You will work with the Head of CAL & Commercial Disposals and other managers to coordinate delivery, assess constraints, and de-risk sites through infrastructure servicing and partnerships to support development opportunities.

Formación

• Appropriate professional engineering, construction, project management or surveying membership and/or degree level education or equivalent.
• Knowledge and experience of the construction and development industry to ensure procurements and processes developed are practical and market facing.
• Experience of successfully delivering infrastructure, construction or land regeneration projects.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical input on disposal of land assets within CAL & Commercial Disposals on a national scale.
• Lead or support on technical matters; draft scopes of work and tenders for infrastructure projects.
• Manage historic liabilities and assist in cost-effective exits with partners.
• Coordinate with Heads of Delivery and senior management; provide management information across directorates.
