Job summary

Homes England is seeking a CAL & Commercial Disposals Technical Manager to contribute technical advice on the disposal of land assets and manage liabilities within a national remit.

You will lead on technical matters, draft scopes of works, support project managers, and work with partners to de-risk sites through infrastructure and services. The role requires professional engineering/construction/PM surveying membership and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Professional membership in engineering, construction, project management, or surveying or equivalent degree.
• Experience delivering infrastructure, development, or land regeneration projects.
• Ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical input on the disposal of land assets across a national remit.
• Lead or support on technical matters and tenders, including de-risking sites through infrastructure delivery.
• Draft scopes of works and tender documents for construction, demolition, transport, utilities, and related studies.
• Manage historic liabilities and work with partners to secure cost-effective exits from assets.
