Homes England is seeking a Senior Manager - Technical to lead enabling and infrastructure contracts that unlock residential development. Reporting to the Head of the Capital Projects, you will coordinate experts to de-risk and deliver land and infrastructure works.

You will manage procurement, design, commissioning and contract management, review technical scopes, and advise stakeholders at senior levels to balance commercial and operational impacts.

Formación

• Experience delivering enabling and infrastructure contracts for residential development.
• Experience designing, planning, commissioning and managing the delivery of enabling works.
• Experience with demolitions, highways, drainage and utilities to unlock sites.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of enabling and infrastructure contracts for residential development.
• Provide technical advice, design, commissioning and contract management to enable projects.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and manage consultants to ensure timely, quality delivery.
