Job description

Electrical Engineer Trainer

Mid Kent | £55,000 + Bonus + Employee Ownership Trust Dividends | 35-Hour Week | No Shift Work

Would you like to achieve a better work-life balance while continuing to use your technical expertise in a rewarding and varied role?

If you currently work within commercial or industrial electrical engineering, this could be the ideal next step in your career.

As an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) business, the company is owned by its employees, creating a strong culture of shared success and collaboration. Employees directly benefit from the organisation's performance through dividend payments, giving you the opportunity to share in the company's achievements alongside your salary and bonus.

What's on Offer?
  • £55,000 annual salary
  • Annual bonus opportunity
  • Employee Ownership Trust membership with the opportunity to benefit from company dividends

About the Role

You will deliver practical and classroom-based training to experienced engineers, helping them develop their technical skills and keep up to date with current industry standards and legislation.

Training is delivered in small groups, typically between 3 and 8 delegates, allowing for an engaging and hands-on learning experience. Practical training forms a significant part of the courses, making recent industry experience particularly important.

Alongside delivering training, you will support the development and design of new courses, helping ensure training programmes remain relevant to industry demands and legislative changes. This is a diverse role that offers continual learning and the opportunity to influence the future development of engineering skills.
