Job summary

Adecco is recruiting on behalf of a Mid Kent engineering training provider for an Electrical Engineer Trainer. The role offers a £55,000 annual salary, annual bonus opportunity, and Employee Ownership Trust dividends, with a 35-hour week and no shift work.

You will deliver practical and classroom-based training to experienced engineers, in small groups, and contribute to course development while keeping up to date with industry standards and legislation.

Qualifications

• Recent hands-on experience within commercial or industrial electrical engineering.
• Knowledge of factory or industrial maintenance environments.
• Maintenance fitting experience advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to speak to small groups and communicate technical information clearly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, develop and support others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and classroom-based training to engineers, developing their technical skills.
• Contribute to design and development of new courses to stay aligned with industry changes.
• Deliver training at customer sites across the UK when required, supporting travel as needed.
