Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Technical Supervisor to deliver the contract across a defined cluster of BT sites in the United Kingdom. Safety is the priority, guiding all operations and ensuring compliant technical solutions and efficient service delivery.

You will provide guidance to colleagues on mechanical and electrical systems, manage maintenance, coordinate subcontractors and keep documentation up to date, while supporting the Area Operations Manager and TSM.

Qualifications

• Knowledge across mechanical, electrical, public health, water or gas with a depth in at least one area and supported by trade/professional qualifications.
• Strong communication to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to lead a team, plan absences, and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe delivery of all activities across the cluster.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and COSHH regulations.
• Lead day-to-day management and supervision of FM colleagues, including absence planning.
• Interface with TSMs and Technical SMEs for support and standards.
• Provide first point of escalation for maintenance colleagues and manage recruitment/training.
• Deliver and coordinate cluster technical meetings and toolbox talks.
• Oversee operations, maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of facilities.
• Investigate building faults and coordinate referrals to engineers or contractors.
• Deliver maintenance to BT specifications within the SI7 system.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Services to ensure supplier performance.
• Support in developing new supplier relationships and budget monitoring.
• Ensure on-site documentation is current and close out audit non-conformances.
• Prioritise workloads, manage deadlines, and report progress to AOM/TSM.
