We're looking for a Technical Fleet Service Controller to help us deliver top-tier customer service and keep our engineers working at their best. You'll coordinate field activity, diagnose issues, and make sure our clients get the service they need, when they need it.

• Plan and allocate engineer workloads to maximise efficiency
• Monitor job progress, updates and reporting across all systems
• Use technical insight to support accurate diagnosis and first-time fix
• Engage directly with customers to solve service needs quickly
• Review jobs and ensure documentation meets agreed SLAs

About You
You're hands-on, organised, and passionate about great service. You know how to get the best out of a busy service team while keeping customers informed and satisfied.

• A recognised Engineering qualification (City & Guilds or NVQ preferred)
• Experience in technical or mechanical roles, ideally 3+ years
• Comfortable reviewing technical data and using telematics
• A calm, clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced settings
• Committed to quality, accuracy and doing things right the first time
