Combilift is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our expanding UK Technical Engineering Team. The role involves working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to support our growing business. We are hiring a Technician to operate in the Manchester/Leeds/Liverpool Region of the UK. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide aftersales and technical support to our dealer network.
• Install equipment on-site, diagnose, and repair equipment as needed.
• Ensure customer issues are resolved satisfactorily and proactively seek feedback.
• Liaise with support functions regarding field issues.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with high-quality support and integrity.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and dealer teams to ensure service effectiveness.
• Travel as necessary.
• Write reports on work performed and submit paperwork.
• Order parts required to complete work.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Knowledge and experience in Mechanical, Engineering, Hydraulic, or Electrical fields.
• Knowledge of Combilift products is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Quick learner with a willingness to acquire new skills.
• Occasional overnight stays required.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• IT skills are required.
• Light welding skills are an advantage but not necessary.
