Job Description:

Combilift is seeking a highly motivated, skilled individual to join our expanding UK Technical Engineering Team. The role involves working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to support our growing business. We are hiring a Technician to operate in the Manchester/Leeds/Liverpool region. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing aftersales and technical support to our dealer network.
• On-site installation, diagnosis, and repair of equipment.
• Ensuring customer issues are resolved satisfactorily and gathering feedback.
• Liaising with support functions regarding field issues.
• Demonstrating excellent customer service with high-quality support and integrity.
• Maintaining positive relationships with customers and dealers.
• Traveling as necessary.
• Writing reports and submitting paperwork.
• Ordering parts to complete work.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Mechanical, Engineering, Hydraulic, or Electrical knowledge and experience.
• Knowledge of Combilift products is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Quick learner with a willingness to acquire new skills.
• Occasional overnight stays required.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• IT skills are required.
• Light welding skills are an advantage but not necessary.
