Qualifications

• Must have coordination or administrative experience in events, production or broadcast.
• Knowledge of technical event logistics or rigging is essential.
• Experience with event management or scheduling software is required.
• Familiarity with third‑party agency workflows is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and scheduling across multiple live event projects simultaneously.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and third-party design agencies.
• Support project managers through pre-production, delivery and post-event administration.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines and supplier communications.
• Track deliverables and flag risks to keep productions on schedule.
• Assist with resource planning and equipment scheduling across the team.
