Office based
Broadcast productions, major music festivals, global sport and international fashion shows, all coordinated from a Hampshire production house with a client list that takes years to reach elsewhere. The Events Project Coordinator/Technical Events role puts your name on that portfolio from day one.
This is a production and rigging house with a mid-size team, an impressive new facility in Hampshire, and a client list that spans TV broadcast, major music festivals, global sport and international fashion. Owner-managed for over two decades, it has grown without becoming corporate, and the Events Project Coordinator/Technical Events sits at the heart of a coordination team where people reflect that stability in how long they stay. The on-call rota is shared fairly across the team, roughly one week in every eleven or twelve.
As Events Project Coordinator/Technical Events, you will be the operational backbone of a busy coordination team, managing the flow of information between clients, project managers and suppliers to keep high-profile productions on track from brief to delivery.
You will already have coordination or administrative experience in an events, production or broadcast environment, and you will be comfortable managing multiple live projects and stakeholders at pace. Strong attention to detail and the organisational discipline to keep complex productions moving are what this team needs from their Events Project Coordinator/Technical Events.
Knowledge of technical event logistics or rigging is essential, as is experience with event management or scheduling software, or familiarity with third-party agency workflows. Candidates coming from broadcast production, venue operations or festival coordination are equally welcome to apply.
Progression here is structured and evidenced, and a portfolio this varied rarely comes attached to a coordination role at this level.
