Advanced in Barnsley is seeking a Technical Documentation Assistant to help migrate Word manuals into Adobe FrameMaker using our templates and workflows. You do not need FrameMaker experience—training will be provided, but you must be highly competent in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable administration experience.
• Strong proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail with a focus on technical accuracy.
• Ability to learn new software tools quickly (including FrameMaker).
• Well organised, self motivated, and able to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Transfer existing product manuals from MS Word into Adobe FrameMaker.
• Ensure all documentation complies with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Apply templates, formatting rules, and style guidelines accurately.
• Manage multiple documentation tasks and meet agreed deadlines.
