You will provide technical leadership, governance, and client engagement while growing the structural engineering capability globally. The role requires strategic direction, mentoring of engineers, and driving business growth within a collaborative, multinational organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering and Chartered status (ICE/IStructE or equivalent).
• Extensive experience delivering heavy civil structures in nuclear/defence or highly regulated sectors.
• Proven technical leadership, governance, and strategic bid involvement on major infrastructure programmes.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic technical leadership and governance across major nuclear/defence programmes, acting as Project Director or Technical Director as appropriate.
• Lead resource planning, capability development, and mentorship of senior structural engineers to grow the portfolio.
• Develop and maintain trusted client relationships, lead major bids and proposals, and shape market growth.
