Job summary

MCS Group | Your Specialist Recruitment Consultancy in Belfast seeks a Technical Delivery Manager to own the operational side of a key global client account. You will coordinate delivery across multiple functions and ensure seamless service delivery.

You will lead 8 team leads, drive priority setting, and act as the operational link to senior management. A proactive, data-driven approach is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Client Delivery, Operations, Service Delivery or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Previous experience managing or supporting multiple teams.
• Strong customer service and client delivery experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Experience working with data, reporting and performance metrics.
• The ability to digest complex information and present it clearly.
• Confidence dealing with different personalities and strong stakeholders.
• A highly organised and proactive approach.
• Experience working with global teams would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support 8 team leads across different business functions.
• Hold regular 1-to-1s with each team lead.
• Build understanding of each team's contribution to the client.
• Help manage competing priorities and resolve operational issues.
• Act as the key operational point of contact for senior management.
• Produce weekly delivery progress reports.
• Prepare monthly compliance and financial reports.
• Analyse data and present concise information to stakeholders.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders regularly.
• Support teams in adapting to changing client requirements.
