A contract opportunity for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to take ownership of complex software delivery across a modern digital ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering and architecture, focusing on shaping and delivering robust, scalable solutions that connect multiple internal platforms and external services.

The Technical Delivery Manager will be responsible for driving the technical roadmap, working closely with engineers, architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into well-defined technical solutions. This role requires a more technical, hands-on approach to delivery oversight, with the ability to engage directly with development teams, understand technical constraints, and ensure solutions are production-ready and operationally sound.

The Technical Delivery Manager will be expected to maintain a strong view of live production systems as well as in-flight delivery, ensuring integrations are reliable, observable, and continuously improving. The role suits someone who is comfortable operating closer to engineering teams than typical product functions, with a strong understanding of modern system design.

Technical Delivery Manager - Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, Technical Delivery Manager or similar role within complex technical environments
• Strong understanding of APIs and cloud-based platforms (i.e. Azure)
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in a delivery-focused, technical capacity
• Comfortable translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
• Experience managing backlogs, delivery priorities and cross-team dependencies
• Strong understanding of production systems, monitoring and operational readiness
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical direction
• Ability to operate across multiple teams, vendors and internal engineering squads
• Additional experience within large-scale enterprise environments
