Job summary

MCS Group in Belfast is seeking a Technical Account Manager to take ownership of the operational side of a key global client account. This office-based, permanent role centers on supporting and managing eight team leads across various functions, ensuring priorities are clear and the account runs smoothly.

You will be the essential operational link to senior management, delivering regular delivery and compliance reports while coordinating with teams and stakeholders to accommodate evolving client

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and coordinating multiple functions.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders and report on progress.
• Comfortable analysing data and turning insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support 8 team leads across different business functions.
• Hold regular 1-to-1s with each team lead.
• Build understanding of each team’s delivery and client impact.
• Help manage competing priorities and resolve operational issues.
• Act as the key operational point of contact for senior management.
• Produce weekly delivery progress reports.
• Prepare monthly compliance and financial reports.
• Analyse data and present concise information to stakeholders.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders and support changing client requirements.
• Take ownership of the account and ensure cross-area communication.
