About the Role

Join our customer support team in Brighton as the first point of contact, providing advice and technical support to our customers. Our product support team are experts in troubleshooting with installers and are hands-on with our products and technology from day one.

  • Deliver accurate technical product support via phone, email, or webchat.
  • Handle sales or returns process requests.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve installation issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other teams to trial and test new products or features.
