About the role:

Join our customer support team in Brighton as the first point of contact, providing advice and technical support to UK and French customers. Our product support team are experts in troubleshooting with installers and are hands-on with our products and technology from day one.

  • Providing accurate technical product support to French and UK installers or customers via phone, email, or webchat.
  • Handling sales or returns process requests.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving installation issues promptly.
  • Collaborating with other teams within Paxton to test and trial new products or features.
What we are looking for:
  • Fluent in speaking and writing French.
  • A passion for delivering first-class customer service and eagerness to learn about our diverse product range.
  • Confidence in communicating with customers and learning about our products and technology.
