Role: Technical Customer Service Advisor

Location: Chessington - Free Parking!

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with 3.30pm finish on Fridays

Responsibilities:
  • Handle technical inquiries via phone and email from global customers.
  • Assist with warranty claims, ensuring efficient resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage stock and rotation in the warehouse, ensuring product compliance.
  • Collaborate to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in technical customer service.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
