The Role

Our CRM team is growing. We're looking for a Technical CRM Specialist to join our affiliate marketing business in London.

This is an opportunity for someone with some experience with either Adobe campaign or SFMC, as well as HTML, SQL queries, and JavaScript, to support the team in delivering a customer-centric, automated experience across email, SMS, and messaging channels.

In this role, you'll be supporting the CRM Technical Manager as well as CRM team and its wider ecosystem, using tools such as SparkPost, Email on Acid, Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SMS integrations, Adobe Campaign and Rebrandly.

You'll work on the end-to-end delivery of CRM initiatives that rely on data and systems so you must have the technical aptitude and knowledge with JavaScript, APIs and ideally base understanding of SQL. This includes managing incoming Jira tickets, monitoring daily campaigns, supporting the wider team, maintaining data quality and compliance, managing automations and integrations, overseeing IP warm-ups, and help build new HTML modules.

If you're hands-on, data-driven, and comfortable operating across multiple technologies, with the coding skills listed, we'd like to hear from you.

  • Responsible for all data and compliance activities across CRM systems

  • Supporting the CRM team with troubleshooting, training, and complex journey builds

  • Managing new IP warm-ups

  • QA for all data-related changes and system updates

  • Monitoring all customer interactions

  • Troubleshooting automation, journey, and HTML rendering issues

  • Developing new HTML modules

  • Work on launching SMS and potentially WhatsApp within SFMC

  • Working cross-functionally with Analytics, Product, and Technology teams to deliver effective, timely campaigns

  • Developing and managing campaign audiences

Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
  • Either Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or Adobe Campaign working experience

  • Strong data skills, including SQL and data quality control

  • Good working knowledge of HTML for email

  • Strong working knowledge of JavaScript

  • Understanding and ideally exposure with APIs and working with JSON Objects

  • Experience managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements at short notice in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, both independently and under pressure, to deliver results for stakeholders

  • Commercially minded, data-literate, and highly analytical, with the ability to use raw data to generate insights and inform decisions

Nice to haves
  • Previous experience in iGaming or a marketplace environment

  • Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices, including IP warm-up, Google Postmaster, SNDS, and domain configuration

  • Experience working across multiple brands, verticals, and locales

  • Experience with SMS and WhatsApp channels

  • Experience working in a target-driven, revenue-focused environment

What You'll Get
  • Private Health Care (Bupa)

  • Hybrid Working (3 days in office)

  • Travel Insurance

  • Competitive Base Salary

  • Company Bonus Scheme

  • Paid for AI Subscription (Claude / ChatGPT / Gemini)

  • Market-Leading Training Programme
