Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role with a UK house builder.
• Able to commute daily to the office.

Responsibilities

• Looking after live and upcoming sites in the region.
• Resolving RFIs from site in a timely manner using Procore.
• NHBC and LABC site Registrations, overseeing the whole CML process with ensuring all info is received and BC certificates
• Ensuring CMIs are received with the agreed timescales with all required site certificates.
• Coordination of all house type drawings, civils, structures, foundations, architectural.
• Appointing multi utility companies and obtaining service drawing approvals and ensuring legal agreements are signed, including NAV agreements.
• Clearing of NHBC conditions/ Discharging planning conditions.
• Appointment of all consultants in line with the project requirements and ensuring they are in line with the professional fees
• Engage with solicitors to ensure all sectional agreements are signed and sealed in a timely manner
• Obtaining technical approval for all sectional agreements; Section 278, 38, 104, 185.
• Population of PCI s and drawings to accommodate health and safety files
• Carrying out technical appraisals for new potential sites and producing constraints plans.
