Job summary

Knightwood Associates seeks a Technical Coordinator to join its established technical team in Kent. You will manage technical information, drawings, and coordination across consultants to ensure schemes meet approvals and design intent.

Key requirements include an HNC/HND in Construction, Design or Civil Engineering, strong organisational and communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD. Knowledge of RIBA stages and CDM Regulations is advantageous.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Construction, Design or Civil Engineering required.
• Strong organisational and communication skills; proficient in traditional housing construction.
• Solid understanding of AutoCAD; knowledge of CDM Regulations and RIBA stages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate consultants and manage technical information and working drawing packages.
• Secure S104/S38/S278 approvals for developments.
• Manage surveys and reports and support design meetings.
• Ensure information is issued accurately and on schedule.
• Assist with CDM compliance and housing construction knowledge.
