The Civil Works Alliance (CWA) is recruiting a Technical Coordinator to provide structured coordination support across design delivery and professional services contracts for Sizewell C. You will unify information, governance and workflows, ensuring records are complete and actions are tracked across multiple teams.

Role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and excellent communication with multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Essential coordination experience within multidisciplinary engineering or infrastructure environments.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, action logs and governance documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive approach to identifying issues, gaps and improvements.
• Commitment to health, safety, wellbeing, environmental performance and quality.
• Experience supporting design management, procurement or supplier performance is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate meetings governance, agendas, papers, minutes and action logs.
• Track action owners, deadlines and closure evidence; escalate blockers.
• Consolidate contract performance information for dashboards and reports.
• Maintain trackers for design deliverables, interfaces and changes.
• Support maturity assessments, evidence and review records.
• Coordinate scope info, deliverable schedules and supplier reporting.
• Monitor reporting submissions and identify gaps or risks.
