Job summary

Sizewell C Company invites a Technical Coordinator to join the Civil Works Alliance, supporting the Sizewell C project. You’ll organize governance, track actions, and consolidate performance data across design and professional services contracts.

In this role, you’ll maintain trackers, prepare evidence for governance reviews, and work with multidisciplinary teams to improve information flow while upholding confidentiality and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires qualification in technical, engineering, construction, project management or business administration, or demonstrably equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating information, actions, reporting or governance within a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and professional correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings governance, agendas, papers, minutes, decision records and action logs.
• Track action owners, deadlines and closure evidence; escalate blockers.
• Collect, check and consolidate design and PSC performance information for dashboards and reports.
• Maintain trackers for design deliverables, interfaces, changes, reviews and supplier performance.
• Support design maturity and readiness assessments; maintain evidence and review records.
• Coordinate PSC scope information, deliverable schedules, procurement inputs and supplier reporting.
• Monitor reporting submissions, workflow progress and information quality; highlight gaps and issues.
• Maintain accurate records in approved information systems with proper naming and security controls.
• Prepare evidence for governance reviews, audits and assurance activities.
• Collaborate across design, technical, commercial, procurement and program controls teams.
