Job summary

Sizewell C Company is seeking a Temporary Works Coordinator to lead the coordination, management and assurance of temporary works across their lifecycle on the Sizewell C project. You will work with designers, project managers, construction teams and client stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant delivery.

You will oversee design integration into delivery programmes, reviews, and clear communication to site teams, ensuring adherence to project procedures and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Temporary Works Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience on complex temporary works schemes.
• Offshore/marine construction experience, including lifting operations.
• Current TWC training and competency per industry standards.
• Strong understanding of temporary works procedures and design management.
• Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and drive compliance across teams.
• HNC, degree or equivalent qualification in engineering.
• Experience within major infrastructure, nuclear, energy or civil projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate temporary works across design and construction teams.
• Manage Temporary Works Schedules and monitor progress against programme.
• Ensure designs are checked, approved and fit for purpose.
• Liaise with designers, TWS, project leads and client reps.
• Review and develop temporary works design briefs per standards.
• Manage design changes and communicate residual risks.
• Verify construction activities use approved drawings and docs.
• Undertake inspections and support assurance activities.
• Establish hold points and key inspection stages.
• Capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement.
