Job description
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications.
  • Oversee and manage Building Regulations approvals and condition discharges.
  • Review and coordinate technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage section agreements (S38, S104, S278) from instruction through to completion.
  • Liaise with utility providers to coordinate service designs and installations.
  • Support site teams in resolving technical queries and challenges.
  • Work closely with consultants, contractors, and local authorities to meet project timelines.
  • Ensure all work meets NHBC and Building Regulations standards.
Key Skills & Experience Required
  • Previous experience as a Technical Coordinator, Architectural Technician, or Engineer within residential development.
  • Good working knowledge of Building Regulations, planning processes, and section agreements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
