Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications.
- Oversee and manage Building Regulations approvals and condition discharges.
- Review and coordinate technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage section agreements (S38, S104, S278) from instruction through to completion.
- Liaise with utility providers to coordinate service designs and installations.
- Support site teams in resolving technical queries and challenges.
- Work closely with consultants, contractors, and local authorities to meet project timelines.
- Ensure all work meets NHBC and Building Regulations standards.
Key Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience as a Technical Coordinator, Architectural Technician, or Engineer within residential development.
- Good working knowledge of Building Regulations, planning processes, and section agreements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
