  • Management of PUWER inspections especially with Penstocks & coordination with Confined Space Authority
  • Reviewing Service Contracts and filing work reports in SharePoint.
  • Reviewing maintenance activities for continuous improvement and compliance with asset standards.
  • This role will require a large focus on engagement and communication with key stakeholders to ensure all activities are planned effectively and efficiently.
  • Be the lead person with specific activities within a designated area, including directing on briefed projects and providing support on larger scale projects.
  • Strong communication skills between the Thames Water team and framework contractors.
  • Collaborative - able to work closely with Planners, Field Performance Managers, suppliers, and 3rd parties.
  • Technically experienced with a good understanding of how to maintain assets.
  • Good local knowledge of how important an asset is to a site and how it relates to other assets.
  • Meticulous at documenting the finer details of what needs to take place.
  • Able to manage a large workload of numerous jobs in parallel.
  • Competent with IT systems (will use SAP extensively) as well as strong communication skills
  • Knowledge and awareness of health and safety issues relevant to the industry
  • Clean driving license
Additional skills and experiences would be great to have
