Thames Water Utilities Limited is seeking a Technical Coordinator at the Beckton Sewage Treatment Works in NE London. You will manage prerequisites for complex maintenance and reactive jobs, liaising with contractors and coordinating resources across the waste business.
You will input into planning, secure funding for rectification works, and support the team with technical guidance. A strong focus on stakeholder engagement and compliance with asset standards is essential.
We currently have an opportunity for a Technical Coordinator at our Beckton Sewage Treatment Works - the largest in Europe, and to work within the Northeast London region Waste Business. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for the management of the pre-requisites (materials, permits, resources and services) for all complex jobs for planned and reactive work across maintenance and operations.
This role will involve day-to-day contractor liaison and management, input into future planning and solutions, and providing technical support to the wider team.
The Technical Coordinator role is key to North-East London, without this role customer journeys and sewer health would take a significant impact. This role is responsible for authorising works on the treatment works and securing the funding for any rectification works required.

Salary: Up to £59,655 depending on your level of experience and skills
36 Hours Monday - Friday, + Salary up to £59,655 per annum depending on skills and experience.
