Thames Water Utilities Limited is seeking a proactive Technical Coordinator to support our Operations team from Earlswood and Crawley Sewage Treatment Works, with travel to around 9 other sites. The role centers on coordinating planned and reactive maintenance, managing internal field teams and external contractors, and ensuring strong plant availability.

We're looking for a motivated and proactive Technical Coordinator to join our Operations team, based from our Earlswood and Crawley Sewage Treatment Works with flexibility to travel around 9 other sites.
This is an exciting chance to play a key role within the team, working predominantly in the field and closely with a supportive and experienced operations team.
As a Technical Coordinator, you'll work side‑by‑side with local Performance Managers and a diverse team of technicians - including mechanical, electrical and ICA specialists. You'll take ownership of delivering planned and reactive maintenance, coordinating both internal field teams and external contractors.
Your focus will be on ensuring our wastewater treatment sites achieve strong plant availability, meet operational KPIs and deliver excellent service for our customers - keeping activities within budget.

Hours: 36 per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: Salary from £39,770 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
