Thames Water is seeking a proactive Technical Coordinator to join the Operations team, based at Earlswood or Crawley, with travel to around 9 other sites. The role is field‑heavy, working with an experienced team to manage SAP prerequisites, design critical jobs, and monitor asset performance.
The position requires strong technical knowledge, IOSH or equivalent qualification preferred, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining safety standards.
We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Technical Coordinator to join our Operations team, based from our Earlswood and Crawley Sewage Treatment Works with flexibility to travel around 9 other sites.
This is an exciting chance to play a key role within the team, working predominantly in the field and closely with a supportive and experienced operations team.
This role is diverse and consists of a wide range of tasks, some of which are listed below:
Location: Earlswood or Crawley Sewage Treatment Works, with flexibility to travel around 9 other sites
Hours: 36 per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: Salary from £39,770 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
