• Überwachung der Kalibrierung technischer Geräte.

Following a period of rapid growth and with some of the UK's most exciting clients on board, our client is looking for a passionate and organised Technical Coordinator to join our growing team.

What's the Opportunity?

Reporting to the Head of Technical, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, driving product quality, ensuring compliance, and supporting continuous improvement across their operations.

What Will You Be Doing?

1. Customer Complaints & Non-Conformance: Log, investigate, and trend issues, identifying root causes and driving corrective action.
2. Calibration Scheduling: Manage and maintain technical equipment calibration schedules.
3. Quality Management System (QMS): Keep documentation controlled, updated, and audit-ready.
4. QA Coverage: Support production through routine QA checks when needed.
5. Consumables Management: Maintain stock levels and order supplies for the technical team.
6. Supplier Assurance: Keep supplier documentation up to date and chase certificates.
7. Deputise for Head of Technical: Provide leadership cover when required.
8. Specification Management: Keep Daily Dose and customer specs accurate and current.
9. HACCP Participation: Support food safety systems as an active member of the HACCP team.
10. Operational Support: Collaborate with Operations on investigations, training, and continuous improvement.

What Are We Looking For?

• Minimum 3 years' QA/Technical experience in FMCG (preferably chilled food/drink)
• Internal Auditor trained
• Experience with retailer specification systems
