Taylor Wimpey is seeking a skilled Technical Coordinator to support the external consultant team across all project stages, ensuring cross-discipline alignment from land to sales. You will check drawings, manage supplier details and help obtain Building Regulation approvals.

This role requires coordinating design teams, adhering to programme dates, and maintaining regulatory compliance throughout development, with strong communication and initiative.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant/Technical Coordinator in a development firm.
• Pursuing professional accreditation with RICS, CIOB, ICE or RIBA.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and communicate well.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and S106/S73 applications and ensure timely approvals.
• Prepare design tenders and manage external consultant teams to programme.
• Prepare and secure Building Regulations approvals and manage design content.
• Resolve site queries in close collaboration with the project team.
