Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Coordinator with housebuilder or consultancy.
• All-round knowledge of technical issues.
• Ability to manage consultant proposals effectively.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Region's Technical needs.
• Manage consultant and sub-contractor proposals.
• Ensure approvals and information for prompt site starts.
• Make decisions on Technical matters at Area and Regional levels.
