About the Role

As a Professional Services Consultant, you will support and deliver the onboarding and ongoing customer management of new and existing customers of the RiskNarrative Digital Onboarding & Financial Crime platform. Relying on your product and industry expertise, you will ensure the best experience for our customers whilst delivering projects in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Using your expertise in RiskNarrative’s product suite to provide valuable insight and guidance to customers, including presenting, analyzing, problem-solving, training, and configuring the platform.
• Delivering bespoke onboarding requirements for new business customers.
• Working closely with the Client Director on dedicated customer accounts to offer proactive and excellent customer service.
• Collaborating with customers to develop financial crime strategies and configuring the platform accordingly.
• Gathering client requirements, documenting details, and liaising with stakeholders for system configuration.
• Supporting customers through the full onboarding lifecycle, meeting timescale requirements.
• Conducting product training and client demonstrations to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements
