TECHNICAL COMMERCIAL ANALYST

£35,000 - £45,000

LONDON - 3 DAYS A WEEK (NO FLEX)

THE COMPANY

This health and beauty retailer is rapidly growing and expanding its Customer Digital Analytics team!

THE ROLE

You will analyze the onsite customer journey, provide key insights to the wider business, and identify new growth opportunities. Your responsibilities include tracking performance, segmenting customer audiences, and reporting on product categories, sales, and transactions. As the go-to GA4 specialist, you'll ensure accurate data tracking and deliver meaningful insights to support business decisions.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, acting as an SME for the entire business
• Strong SQL skills, particularly with BigQuery
• Data visualization experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience providing insights and recommendations
• Curious mindset with a commercial approach
