Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland is seeking a Technical Coordinator for our Skelmersdale Dairy site. You will govern the Quality Management System and drive continuous improvement to ensure high-quality products.

Responsibilities include leading audits, monitoring quality metrics, and collaborating with operations, customers, and suppliers to sustain compliance with food safety standards. Strong communication and dairy sector experience are valued.

Qualifications

• When applying, you should demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills.
• Experience with BRC audits and retailer standards is required.
• HACCP Level 3 is minimum; Level 4 preferred.
• Advanced Food Hygiene qualification is desirable.
• Knowledge of microbiology and food manufacturing is advantageous.
• Good IT skills, especially Word and Excel, are essential.
• Dairy industry experience is highly desirable.

We’re recruiting for a Technical Coordinator at our Skelmersdale Dairy. This role will support the governance of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensure the delivery of high-quality products whilst driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across site. What you’ll be doing

• Supporting and improving the site's Quality Management System.
• Leading internal and external audit activities.
• Monitoring quality performance and managing key reports.
• Supporting problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Building strong relationships with operational teams, customers and suppliers.
