Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland is recruiting a Technical Coordinator for our Skelmersdale Dairy. The role supports the governance of the Quality Management System, ensures delivery of high-quality products, and drives continuous improvement and operational excellence across the site.

You will lead audit activities, monitor quality performance, and collaborate with teams, customers and suppliers to uphold food safety and quality standards. A strong background in QA and dairy is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with BRC audits and retailer standards.
• HACCP Level 3 minimum (Level 4 preferred).
• Advanced Food Hygiene qualification.
• Knowledge of microbiology and food manufacturing.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Dairy industry experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve the site's Quality Management System.
• Lead internal and external audit activities.
• Monitor quality performance and manage key reports.
• Support problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with operational teams, customers and suppliers.
