You will join a growing customer-facing team, log and resolve client queries across a bespoke, highly configurable solution, and explore opportunities to move into customer success, onboarding or training as you grow.

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B software environment is required.
• Able to handle varied issues in a complex solution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Able to work US hours occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Log, investigate and resolve client queries promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address issues.
• Help design onboarding and training materials.
• Support the transition into customer success roles.
