Qualifications

• Proven claims leadership experience within insurance with a track record of managing a team.
• Strong grounding in complaints handling and quality assurance; fraud/recoveries/payments bonus.
• Experience across motor, property and travel product lines is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of claims handlers, owning performance and coaching as the team scales.
• Set KPIs and output standards, ensuring ongoing performance improvements.
• Manage workload allocation and capacity planning for productivity and quality.
• Run quality checks and coach the team to raise standards.
• Oversee the wider claims portfolio, flag risks early across multiple areas.
