Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3+ years in Technical Business Analysis or related roles within Agile teams.
• Experience defining functional and technical requirements for enterprise software, with a solid grasp of APIs, integrations and data models.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain complex operational scenarios to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools for analysis, documentation or solution design.

Responsibilities

• Refining business requirements and customer workflows into user stories, business rules, process flows, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
• Analysing APIs, integrations, data flows and system interactions across interconnected products and services.
• Validating requirements and solution designs with Product Managers, Architects, UX Designers, Engineers, domain experts and customers.
• Supporting backlog refinement, design reviews, functional validation, testing and release readiness.

Technical Business Analyst

Do you enjoy turning messy operational problems into requirements an engineering team can build? This Technical Business Analyst contract sits in a team creating airline operations software, the systems that help airlines load aircraft, calculate weight and balance and get every flight away safely and on time.

You'll work in Agile product teams alongside Product Managers, Architects, UX Designers, Engineers and airline customers, with a real say in how a complex set of connected products behaves. It's a 12 month contract, hybrid with half your time on site in Hounslow, and AI-assisted tools are part of everyday analysis.

What You'll Be Doing
