Job summary

Investigo is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical delivery teams during a digital transformation across multiple sites. You will shape requirements, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria while collaborating with developers, data teams and architects.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, documentation, and experience with APIs, data mappings and cloud concepts such as Azure or AWS within an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within IT, software development or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of application development, system integrations and data structures.
• Experience with APIs, integration requirements and data mapping.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation and process modelling skills.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working within Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS would be beneficial.
