Job summary

Derby Homes is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join our Investment and Maintenance Team to provide technical assistance for lighting and alarm testing, crime prevention surveys, and security device installations. The role requires maintaining precise installation records and supporting on related projects to ensure compliance with current regulations.

You will need excellent customer service skills to handle tenant, contractor, and colleague queries.

Derby Homes are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Investment and Maintenance Team, to provide an enhanced level of technical assistance. To include testing lighting and alarms, and recording this information accurately, whilst also undertaking crime prevention surveys, and the installation of security devices, and maintaining accurate records of these installations. Assisting on other projects, ensuring works conform to current regulations and specifications.

You will need to have excellent customer service skills to deal with queries and questions that the tenants, colleagues and contractors may have.
