Architecture Social in London is seeking an ARB registered Architect with strong delivery experience to join its London team, delivering high-profile commercial and hospitality projects from development to construction.

You will lead technical packages, manage BIM workflows in Revit, ensure compliance with UK building regulations, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver projects on time.

Qualifications

• ARB registered Architect with at least 3 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong project delivery experience within commercial and/or hospitality sectors.
• Demonstrable experience producing technical packages from developed design through to construction.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows, including model management and coordination.
• Excellent understanding of building regulations, construction technology, material performance, and technical detailing.
• Proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience across RIBA Stages 3 and 4 is essential.
• Previous site or construction-stage experience would be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of UK construction practices and experience delivering projects in London is essential.
• The right to live and work in the UK - sponsorship is not possible.

Responsibilities
