Vacancy Description

• Ensure that the technical department provides an efficient and accurate technical service both internally and externally
• Support in receiving and responding to both internal and customer queries by phone or email
• Maintain technical databases on our products and gather supporting evidence when required
• Support the introduction of new products via the designing of briefs, and supporting development ensuring free flow of technical information required
• Support in producing documentation to support the technical aspects of project work (i.e. report writing)
• Support in reviewing customer complaints looking for improvement and the generation of consumer friendly reports
• Support in creating and assisting in presentations within the technical team
• Support the technical managers in both internal and external meetings
