Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is seeking a proactive Technical and Compliance Manager for an office-based role in Bradford, West Yorkshire. You will ensure products meet technical, quality, regulatory and customer compliance requirements.

The role involves coordinating supplier documentation, testing and certifications, maintaining regulatory files, and driving continuous improvement in product compliance across the range.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GPSR and product safety regulations.
• Familiarity with UK and EU compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of EUDR, PPWR and WEEE where applicable.
• Ability to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and regulatory interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all technical and compliance requirements across the product range.

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are seeking a proactive and detail:oriented Technical and Compliance Manager to play a key role in ensuring products meet all technical, quality, regulatory, and customer compliance requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business based in Bradford where youll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to maintain the highest standards of product compliance and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all technical and compliance requirements across the product range.


• Ensure products comply with UK and international safety standards and legislation.


• Liaise with suppliers to obtain and maintain technical files, certifications, test reports and declarations of conformity.


• Coordinate product testing and certification where required.


• Monitor supplier compliance and resolve technical or quality issues.


• Support new product development by ensuring compliance requirements are met from concept through to launch.


• Work closely with internal teams to maintain accurate product information.


• Conduct supplier performance and compliance reviews.


• Keep up to date with changes in legislation and industry standards.


• Assist with quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Knowledge and Experience

The successful candidate will have knowledge of, or experience working with, regulations including:

• General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)


• Product Safety Legislation


• EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR)


• Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR)


• Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations (where applicable)


• UK and EU product compliance requirements

About You

Youll have:

• Previous experience in a technical, product compliance, quality or regulatory role.


• Experience within the furniture, manufacturing or consumer goods sector.


• Experience managing supplier technical documentation and compliance records.


• Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.


• The ability to interpret technical standards and regulatory requirements.


• Strong communication skills with confidence working alongside international suppliers.


• A proactive, solutions:focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Working Hours

• 37.5 hours per week.


• Working hours will be discussed during the interview process.
