Qualifications

• CAD experience and ability to use CAD software for technical drawings.
• Good computer literacy and aptitude with office tools.
• Strong organisational skills and multitasking ability.
• Clear communicator in English, able to translate technical detail into plain language.
• Independence as well as teamwork, and a keenness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Answer technical questions from architects, installers and suppliers by phone and email.
• Produce technical drawings for systems and site conditions using CAD software.
• Check project packs and work with the external specification team.
• Work cross-functionally across the wider business.
• Learn our systems and products, including fire performance constraints.
• Work with acoustics, thermal performance and pipe calculations, and system strength.
• Develop knowledge across our product range as part of training.
