Job summary

Knauf Insulation is seeking a Technical Advisor to join the Technical Support Team. You will provide high-quality technical advice on Knauf Insulation products, applications, certification and compliance with building regulations to internal and external customers.

Your work will include delivering technical services, supporting calculations for thermal transmittance and condensation risk analysis, and contributing to training materials and marketing literature.

Qualifications

• Inclusive communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Knowledge of construction industry and building regulations.
• Experience communicating technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and teams.
• Understanding of insulation systems and related calculations.
• Desirable knowledge of PSI thermal bridging, RdSAP/SAP.
