Job summary

Pertemps Telford is recruiting a Technical Advisor for a full-time permanent role based west of Telford in the Shropshire countryside.

You will work within the senior technical team to provide product technical advice to customers, specifiers, and distributors on our range of building products including wall insulation systems, render and plaster. The role includes training days, site demos, and rapid technical support across departments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• PC literate and comfortable with standard software.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical enquiries received by email inbox and by phone, coordinating product questions for customers, specifiers and distributors.
• Lead and participate in product training days on and off site, including practical demos and mixing applications.
• Monitor stock of samples, replenish when low, and provide accurate technical information quickly to maximise sales opportunities.
