Are you ready to make a difference in the world of Facilities Management? We’re looking for an RFCA Technical Administrator to join our dynamic operational delivery team at VIVO. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence in contract delivery and customer satisfaction.

Why This Role Matters

The RFCA Technical Administrator is central to the successful delivery of RFCA contracts across the Central and South-West regions. Co-located with our RFCA customer, you’ll provide essential technical and administrative support, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring queries are promptly resolved.

What You'll Need for this role:

  • Coordinate and facilitate site access to ensure timely and compliant delivery of services.
  • Monitor and update the CAFM system (Maximo), ensuring data accuracy and task progression.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for RFCA regional staff, offering seamless support.
  • Prepare management reports and ensure adherence to the VIVO Management System.
  • Oversee financial transactions, investigating and resolving regional queries.
  • Collaborate with supply chain partners to maintain compliance and service standards.
  • Support billable works, including quote creation and system updates.
  • Contribute to helpdesk operations and ensure compliance information is audit-ready.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: Proven knowledge of hard Facilities Management operations and experience using CAFM systems like Maximo.
  • Skills: Exceptional stakeholder engagement, strong technical understanding of FM operations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Qualifications: A full driving license is essential.
