Technical Data Administrator (Maintenance Southern)

Poole | £24.8k – £29k per annum (Dependent on skills and qualifications)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Technical Data Administrator in Southern Maintenance, reporting to the Pipeline Data Compliance Supervisor.

  1. Processing information:
    • Receiving requests from external parties planning to work near our high pressure (HP) pipelines.
    • Processing these requests on our HP third-party works enquiry system to ensure the safety of our assets and personnel.
    • Supporting administration for our HP Pipelines Landowner Liaison Officer.
  2. Communication:
    • Liaising with operational colleagues and distributing work.
    • Updating external stakeholders through the system or general communication channels.
  3. Other responsibilities:
    • Maintaining records and reports to support the team.
    • Performing general office administrative tasks.

What you will need:

  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the role.
  • Potential to develop skills in technical data handling and reporting.
